These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your interaction with the Ternotattoo Copilot service ("Service"), an automated assistant operated by Ternotattoo LLC ("we", "us") that replies to Instagram direct messages sent to @ternotattoo.
When you send a direct message to the Ternotattoo Instagram account, the Service may generate and send an automated reply on the studio's behalf. Replies are limited to general information about the studio (hours, location, tattoo styles, booking process). The Service does not complete bookings, take payments, or provide medical, legal, or professional advice.
Studio staff monitor the conversation and may take over the reply at any time. Messages identified as sensitive (pricing negotiations, health concerns, complaints, anything outside the studio's standard FAQ) are escalated to a human and answered by the studio team.
You agree not to use the Service to harass anyone, send unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the Service, or impersonate another person. The studio may stop responding to a conversation at its sole discretion.
We store the Instagram Page-Scoped User ID and the text of messages exchanged in the conversation, solely so the assistant can maintain context. Data handling, retention, and your deletion rights are described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion at any time at /data-deletion-status or by emailing info@ternotattoo.com.
The Service is provided "as is". Automated replies may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always confirm critical details (appointment times, address, aftercare) with a human member of the studio before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
